The upcoming gubernatorial race in Maguindanao is "expected to experience a highly political contest as 2 prominent clans, the Ampatuans and the Mangudadatus, are contesting for governorship in the province.” This was said by Philippine National Police Director Andres Caro during his report in front of members of international media, Monday.
